UPDATED: How do we get to the wedding?

Answer

If you’re taking an Uber/Lyft, please have your driver drop you off at 1252 Cocalico Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508. Be sure to ask them not to use Waze, as it does not bring you to the start of the driveway. If you’re driving, please park at the old elementary school, 400 W. Second St., Birdsboro, PA 19508. A shuttle will run continuously from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM between the school lot and the venue. Since parking at the house is reserved for vendors, we kindly ask that all guests use the shuttle. The school building is currently under construction, but there is plenty of parking available along the side or on the surrounding streets. Please plan on arriving at the venue by 2:40 at the latest.

What time should i arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask that everyone arrive by 2:40 so we can start on time.

is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up! We are requesting semi-formal attire. Please no jeans. Please feel free to wear any color other than those traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. The bridal party will be wearing light blue and navy.

will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. There will be a tent for the reception portion of the evening. We ask that you dress accordingly.

Yes! After the wedding, we plan on hanging around the fire and enjoying s'mores.

When should we rsvp by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP by September 13th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors.
