Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our vision for the dress code is Spring Garden party - think semi-formal, pastel colors, and florals. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be outdoors and Spring in MN can be unpredictable so layers are recommended. Ladies, the ceremony site is on grass and the venue does include some loose gravel paths so please choose footwear accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:30p to allow time to get seated for a prompt ceremony start at 4:00p. A shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Eagan.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What hotel do you recommend?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Eagan. With a minimum of rooms booked, the hotel will provide a shuttle to and from the venue, so please book ASAP so we can plan accordingly. Please visit the Travel tab for a link to book at our rate. The deadline to book under our block is April 18.

Notes About the Ceremony

Answer

Our ceremony site consists of backless bench-style seating. For guests who need or wish to have a more comfortable seat, we would recommend bringing stadium-style chairs that can clip onto the bench to provide a back. Please feel free to reach out to us if you'd like a link to some examples of this. The ceremony is expected to last about 30 minutes. Additionally, there are some stairs to our ceremony location located on a hill. For guests with accessibility concerns, a golf cart will be available to bring you to and from the ceremony site.
