We're getting married!

Our story began on a Friday evening in 2019 at the young adults group, though if you ask Kevral, he'll tell you we met on a Sunday morning. While we may disagree on the specifics, we both know our first introduction took place at Jarvis Street Baptist Church, where Abigail's friend introduced her to "this Jamaican guy." What started as a simple introduction, complete with Kevral playfully calling Abigail a fake Jamaican, quickly turned into an evening full of laughter. Over the next few years, Abigail and Kevral developed a close friendship. Kevral would often invite Abigail to join him and his sister Jessica on various outings and activities in the city - from concerts to rollerblading to food festivals. During this time, feelings slowly grew on both sides, though neither realized they were mutual. In 2023, Abigail moved to Hamilton to begin her master’s program, and by perfect timing. Kevral started a basement renovation job just 15 minutes away. During a beautiful hike by the water, Kevral finally shared his feelings, only to discover that Abigail felt the same. From that moment on, their relationship continued to grow into something strong and intentional, grounded in friendship, faith, and a shared love for adventure.
