A cozy wine bar offering a selection of wines and small bites.
Our go-to spot for a casual Friday night dinner. Order a steak burrito (Justin’s favorite) or a chicken burrito bowl (Abigail’s), and don’t forget extra green and red (hot!) salsa.
Klay Thompson and Barry Bonds’ favorite brunch place.
A nice local shopping area on Main Street at the base of Corinthian Island. The shops are mostly former ark boats with plaques detailing their history.
Enjoy our weekly Saturday stroll
Our favorite daily running and walking path, perfect for both pedestrians and cyclists. Old Rail Trail is a paved flat trail that runs 2.6 miles from downtown Tiburon along Richardson Bay to Blackie’s Pasture (5.2 miles round trip). For a loop alternative, we recommend a detour via Beach Road and San Rafael Avenue.
Drive or bike Paradise Loop, Justin’s favorite scenic running route.
Take the ferry directly from Tiburon to Angel Island, which offers shuttle service around the island and to the Immigration Station Museum. Be sure to check the limited ferry schedule and museum hours to plan accordingly. The island also features excellent hiking and biking trails with stunning bay views.
Take the ferry to San Francisco, but please note the limited schedule to and from Tiburon, especially on weekends: https://www.goldengate.org/ferry/schedules-maps/
Abigail and Justin’s first date: Sausalito coffee walk. Start with coffee at Equator, then stroll the Sausalito Yacht Harbor boardwalk and Bridgeway promenade. End with views at Gabrielson Park (Justin’s pro tip… with a Lappert’s ice cream cone in hand).
Where Abigail realized that while Justin has many strengths, a sense of direction isn’t one of them.
For those extending their trip, Sonoma Valley is about 45 minutes away, while Napa Valley is about an hour. Cheers.
