Take an early-morning hike at Nashville’s version of Walden Pond. Radnor Lake is the bride’s jogging, hiking, and peace-finding spot. It’s nearby and nature’s slice of heaven.
Historic Franklin
If little old Mayberry grew up, it would look a lot like Historic Franklin a little ways down the road. The hometown of the Skinner Boys has stories it promises not to divulge. Shops, restaurants, antebellum homes, fascinating Civil War sites are a few things to take in at Franklin.
