What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you are seated before the processional begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Cocktail Attire. We suggest suits or sport coats for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates for ladies.

While we love your children, the wedding and reception will be adults-only. We appreciate your understanding!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

When should I reserve a room by?

Answer

If you plan on staying with us at The Baronette Renaissance Hotel, you must book your room no later than April 30th to qualify for the special group rate. Availability is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible.
