What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual For Women Think: Flowy Sundress, midi/maxi dress, lightweight fabrics, nice sandles, wedges, dressy flats or heels (fyi the venue is outdoors). For Men Think: Button-down Shirt or Polo, Nice slacks, loafers or dress shoe, optional lightweight blazer FYI: This is an outdoor venue! We will do our best for inclement weather, but be aware!

Is the Venue Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The venue is primarily outdoors! The ceremony will be fully outdoors in an unpaved area. However, the reception will have some indoor and covered areas. The reception will also be primarily on a brick/firm surface.

How Do I Get To and From the Venue?

Answer

The Venue is located at 506 N Quail Ave Newport, WA. It is at the VERY end of the road, so there is no need to worry about watching for a turnoff. We will also do our best to provide signage. Additionally, we are in a more rural area, so you may pass a Private Property/No Trespassing Sign. Those are specifically for the private driveways turning off of Quail Ave, so no need to worry about those!

What Time Should I Arrive for the Ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm and we recommend you arrive 30 minutes beforehand!

Is there Parking?

Answer

There is a private parking lot off to the right side of the entrance to the venue.

Mobility Concern?

Answer

Due to the nature of an outdoor venue, if mobility is a concern in traveling to the ceremony site and around the venue, please let us know. Special arrangements can be made!

Food Allergy or Dietary Restriction?

Answer

Well, you are not alone; the bride is in the same boat! Please let us know during your RSVP process so that we can pass the information along to our caterer.
