Park at the Forbes Parking Garage (1180 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219) 2. Take the Elevator to Level 8, which connects to campus via the Sklar Skywalk near Gumberg Library and Duquesne University Union 3. Once on campus, follow signs that direct you toward the Administration Building (Old Main) at 600 Forbes Avenue 4. The Duquesne University Chapel of the Holy Spirit is attached to the Administration Building Reception: If you will be driving to our reception, there will be complimentary valet parking at Westmoreland Country Club. For guests staying at Hotel Monaco, there will be a shuttle to and from the reception. The shuttle will pick up in front of Hotel Monaco at 3:15pm and return to the front of Hotel Monaco after the conclusion of the reception at 10:00pm. If you plan to use the provided shuttle service, please let us know when you RSVP. This will help us ensure there’s enough space for everyone and keep things running smoothly on the big day!

If your guest’s name or “plus one” is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Question

Am I allowed to bring children?

Answer

This is going to be an adults only event, with the exception of children in the wedding party and close family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of all invited to the wedding. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, April 12, 2026. Due to vendor deadlines, responses not yet received by 4/12 will be marked as declined and we will certainly miss you on the big day!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The Pittsburgh Marathon will be taking place the weekend of our wedding (Sunday, May 3), so be aware that some roads may be closed or congested, especially in downtown Pgh. There may also be a Pirates game that weekend, which could affect traffic and hotel availability. We recommend booking accommodations early and planning extra travel time if you'll be driving or navigating the city! Please see the "Travel" tab for hotel block information.
