If you know us, you know how much we love a weekend trip! Florida felt like the perfect middle ground for friends and family traveling from all over the country. James's grandparents live here, and it is one of our favorite places to visit. We are so excited for a weekend trip with all of the people we love most.
Attire is Florida Formal- think colorful, elevated attire suited for an outdoor coastal setting.
No scheduled events for Saturday- We will be relaxing by the pool at Lido Beach Resort and spending time at the beach. Feel free to join us and grab a drink at the Tiki Bar! There is so much to do in Sarasota, please see "things to do" tab for ideas.
We have listed several Lido Beach or Downtown Sarasota options. We are staying at Lido Beach Resort and would love for you to as well! Rooms can fit 4+ people so we recommend you share. See "Travel" tab for all options and booking details. There are plenty of other hotels, motels, and airbnbs available in the area.
We love your little ones SO much but ultimately have decided to keep our events adult-only. We hope you will use this as an opportunity for a fun date night!

Yes! We have trolleys that will take us to and from the ceremony on Sunday. For beach guests, please gather at Lido Beach Resort for pickup. For downtown guests, please gather at Aloft Sarasota for pickup. Time TBD. The venue is about 15-20 minutes away from these locations. If wanted, parking at the Powel Crosley Estate is available and Uber/Lyft are options as well.
