Summer Cocktail Attire (Jacket, No Tie)

TRANSPORTATION DETAILS Transportation is offered from 7:15 pm until 11:00 pm Shuttles will depart from the hotel and Shoreacres approximately every 15 minutes Look for the VIP Valet Services shuttle at your hotel’s main entrance Shuttles will be departing the hotels until 9:30 pm and then will be staged at Shoreacres for return Continuous shuttle service will be available throughout the evening Valet parking will be available at Shoreacres Club as well

Wedding Day

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Black Tie encouraged (If you have it, wear it! If not, no need to rent!) The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, be thoughtful about footwear (suggest no thin heels.)

TRANSPORTATION DETAILS: Transportation is offered from 4:15 pm until 11:55 pm Shuttles will depart from the hotel around 4:15 and run approximately every 15 minutes Look for the VIP Valet Services shuttle at your hotel’s main entrance Continuous return service to hotels will begin after dinner and continue throughout the evening Valet parking will be available at the residence as well

Brunch

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual!

TRANSPORTATION DETAILS Transportation is offered from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm Continuous shuttle service is available throughout the morning between hotels and brunch Look for the VIP Valet Services shuttle at your hotel’s main entrance Return service to hotels will be available until the end of brunch Valet parking will be available at the residence as well
