FAQs

🥂 Your Guide to Celebrating With Us🥂 Wondering what to wear, where to park, or when to post that perfect pic? We've got you covered right here.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 PM. We recommend arriving a little early to find your seat and get settled—seating is limited, and we’d love for you to have a great view when we say ‘I do’!

Question

Can we take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture all the special moments, and we want everyone to fully enjoy the experience without distractions. Please silence your phones and stay seated—no getting up for photos during the ceremony. Once the celebration moves to the reception, feel free to snap away and capture memories with your loved ones!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re asking guests to dress in formal attire—think fancy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or chic separates. The ceremony will be outdoors in June, so breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes are your friend. While black is always a classic, we’d love to see some summer colors in the mix—light, vibrant, or floral touches are totally welcome! Oh, and a quick PSA: please skip the shorts, flip-flops, and anything white (yes, even ivory and eggshell—we see you). The bride has dibs on all shades of white. Thanks for helping us keep things classy and fun!

Question

How long is reception?

Answer

The reception kicks off at 7:00 PM, right after the ceremony, and the party will go until 10:00 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate with you—food, dancing, and lots of fun await. We better see everyone on the dance floor!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so happy you’ll be celebrating with us! Because our venue and catering are planned based on the invitations, we kindly ask that only the guests named on your invitation attend. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with all of our guests! Our invitation list reflects everyone we’re able to welcome, so if your name (and your little one’s!) is on the invite, then you’re both invited to join the fun.

Question

Will you have a money dance?

Answer

Yes, we’ll be having a money dance! Bring your dance moves (and maybe a few dollars) if you want to join in the fun!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Great news—there’s plenty of parking available! The venue offers two parking lots: one in front and another on the side. If those fill up, there’s also street parking nearby. We want parking to be one less thing you have to worry about, so you can enjoy the day with us!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will be focused on the special day itself! The ceremony will take place outdoors at the venue, where we’ll exchange our vows surrounded by nature. Afterward, we’ll move indoors for the reception filled with good food, dancing, and lots of fun.

Question

Is there reserved seating for the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Seating is open for both the ceremony and reception, but we will have a few reserved spots. During the ceremony, the first couple of rows will be reserved for the immediate family and the bridal party. At the reception, tables near the front (by the cake table) will also be reserved for immediate family and the bridal party. All other seating is open—feel free to sit wherever you’d like!

Question

Can I post any pictures of the wedding?

Answer

We’re so excited to see the day through your eyes, but we kindly ask that you refrain from taking or posting any photos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present, and our photographer will be capturing every special moment. Please be sure to silence your phones and keep them tucked away until the reception. Once the ceremony is over and the bride or groom shares the first photos, feel free to post and tag away! We can’t wait to see your favorite moments—just let us have our moment first.
