The ceremony and cocktail hour is outdoors (shaded and paved/solid ground) and the reception is indoors
The entire event will be held at Mia Bella Gardens. Transportation to the venue is not provided. Parking is at the front of the venue and guests will be transported to the ceremony area via golf cart.
Yes. If your plus one is not accounted for when RSVPing, please let Abbi know so accommodations can be made. (This needs to be done before December 18th 2025).
We would like to see everyone in their best dressed attire, as this is a very formal event. Men; Vest preferred/ Tie minimum. Women; Floor length formal cocktail dress. The colors to avoid are white, eucalyptus/ pistachio green and gold.
You can arrive as early as 1:30 PM if you would like to take extra time to find your seat.
No. This is an unplugged ceremony so we request that you do not use your phone/tablets during the ceremony. We will have professional photographers taking photos that we will share when available. It is important to us that everyone is fully present during those magical moments!
You are able to specify any dietary restriction on the RSVP. Please be specific so we can ensure it is fully accommodated. We will be happy to work with you to ensure you have the best experience!
Be sure to wear your dancing shoes! We will have a live band to play some of the best Jazz classics and more! You can expect some great swing dancing hits and slow dancing too!
