Question

The Bride vs. Groom Challenge!!

Answer

Bring your cash, we're doing a Bride vs. Groom Karaoke Challenge! How it works: -There will be two bowls at the reception, one labeled "Bride" and one labeled "Groom". -Want to hear the bride sing karaoke? Drop a dollar (or two or ten) in the groom's bucket. Want to hear the groom sing? Drop some money in the bride's bucket. -At 9pm, the money in each bowl will be counted, and the person with the most money in their bowl (the winner) will choose a karaoke song for the loser to sing!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15th, 2024.

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Yes, we are registered at Amazon and Target. Please visit the Registry tab on this website for registry information.

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

There is parking on-site directly next to the ceremony and reception site that can fit approximately 250 vehicles. Please note that it is a grass/gravel lot.

Question

Can we take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please! We just kindly ask that you keep your phone on silent and give our professional photographer the "right of way." If you do take any photos or videos and post them to social media, please use our hashtag #NotTooChabby so we can easily look at all the pictures everyone took!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope, we're not picky. Well, we would prefer if you didn't come in your PJ's or a bikini, but other than that, come as you are. Above all, your presence is the most important thing to us, not what you're wearing. The ceremony and reception are both outdoors with yard games and bonfires. You may want to rethink wearing stilettos, and please dress for the weather.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to "[Insert your name] and Guest," then yes. If your invitation did not include "and Guest" but you have a +1 you just cannot imagine not bringing, please reach out to us.

Question

I have a food allergy. Where can I note this?

Answer

Please let us know about food allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP. Our dinner caterer will be able to answer any food allergy questions, and Abby will do her best to accommodate everyone's needs for desserts. All desserts will be labeled with any common allergens.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Heck yes! There will be plenty of kiddo-friendly activities at the reception.

Question

Are there any fun activities available during the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be giant Connect 4, washers, cornhole, ladder golf, three bonfires with a s'mores station, and a Texas Hold 'Em cash game. And obviously music and dancing!

Question

Texas Hold 'Em Cash Game? Tell me more.

Answer

Chaz and Ab have developed a shared love for Texas Hold 'Em, so we will have a Texas Hold 'Em table at our reception. Anyone 18+ is welcome to play. Must have cash (like actual physical money) to play. Never played before but interested? This is a great place to start! It's a low stress place to learn, and there will be cheat sheets of rules and tips at the table.
