Shuttle to Reception

5:00 pm

We will have a shuttle running from the hotel to the reception which will leave at 5:00p.m. It will be one large shuttle, so please be on time so that you can make it. You are able to park your car at the venue and leave it overnight. It is expected to be gone by 10:00 am Sunday morning.

Cocktail Hour

5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

There will be light appetizers as well as drinks provided for cocktail hour.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome.

Dinner will start no later than 6:30, then the party starts!

Shuttle Departure and Night End

11:00 pm

Shuttles will be running from the reception back to the Courtyard by Marriott in Independence every 30 minutes starting at 9:30pm. The last shuttle will be at 11:00p.m. You are able to park your car at the venue and leave it overnight. It must be gone by 10 AM the next morning.
