Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to have your children celebrate with us! All children are welcome to attend. We do ask that they be supervised throughout the day, as our venue has some areas that may pose safety concerns. Your attentiveness will help us keep the celebration special and running smoothly for everyone.

We're asking for an unplugged ceremony so we can fully embrace the intimacy of our special moment together. Our professional photographer will capture every detail, and we're delighted to share all of the photos with you afterward. Once we move into the reception and dinner, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and share them on social media!

What should I wear?

This is a Black Tie formal event, so we'd love for you to dress to the occasion in your finest tuxedo or floor-length evening gown. To complement our wedding colors, please avoid Dark Plum purple, Maroon, Gold, Dusty Rose, and white. Thank you for helping us create the perfect aesthetic for our celebration!

What happens if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, you will be marked as "Not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and caterers in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. (This unfortunately means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you) We hope you understand!

When should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to start at 4:00 PM. Guests should arrive by 3:00 PM to enjoy the pre-ceremony drinks, music, atmosphere and mingling. If you arrive after the processional begins, wait in the back of the ceremony set up for a suitable moment to sneak a seat!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

What should I do if I am running late?

Answer

If you're running late, please reach out to a fellow guest or member of the wedding party to let them know—just avoid contacting the bride or groom directly. When you arrive, slip in quietly and find a seat toward the back of the venue.

Great question! The Ceremony and reception are both outdoors, however, The Reception will be held in a covered gazebo/picnic area.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres with champagne during cocktail hour, sparkling cider for others as our NA option, followed by a full dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we'll have an open bar for you to enjoy! Just a friendly heads up—our photographer will be capturing the celebration throughout the evening, so all those memorable moments (and fun shenanigans!) will be beautifully documented for years to come.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

We will be providing a QR code on both the Save the Date's as well as our official invitations. This method is definitely more direct and is faster than the traditional "Send it back in the mail" method AND you won't have to worry about your RSVP getting lost! There will also be an RSVP card in your invitation so you can decide which method works better for you so long as I hear back by March 1st, 2027.
