When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Because our vendors have requested a lead time on guest count, please RSVP no later than April 1st to be included in our special day. If we do not hear from you by this date, it is our assumption that you cannot attend our wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is to begin at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start time so that you can find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Springtime Western Formal. We encourage elevated western attire with spring colors. Think nice jeans with boots, a button up, and sports coat for men, and a spring formal dress with preferred footwear for women. Cowboy boots are welcome!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has a strict capacity limit. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding, and we hope you can enjoy our wedding as a child free date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer is happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. Be sure to let your server know your needs when they arrive at the table.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! On-site parking will be available at the venue. A golf cart will also be available to assist guests who may need help getting to and from the ceremony and reception areas.
