They supposedly should have met many times, but it only took one night in October of 2018. Andrew had one of his best friends Jack visiting him. Abby and Ellie were going out on the town. While at the infamous Green Turtle in Towson, a mutual friend introduced the two. While Andrew stood by quietly, Abby assumed the worst and thought he was being mean. Later we learn that Andrew was so nervous he didn’t know what to say! In a twist of fate, Abby in fact gave her real number to this gentleman. Within two weeks he told her he loved her and it took her about a week to say it back. They jumped headfirst into a relationship, not only surviving college (all of the degrees) but COVID in the midst of everything too. Andrew then went on to play professional football in the CFL, and their love spanned between the countries for 2 years while he played out his dream. Almost 7 years later, they are now engaged, living together and have a chaotically sweet puppy, Petey. They discussed marriage on their 1 year anniversary, and it was never if but when. 🤍 #GoingGarnett2026
