7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Please join us for a lively evening to kick off wedding weekend! We look forward to having the opportunity to say hello and have guests mingle before the big day. Drink tokens and lite bites will be provided.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Ceremony will begin at 4pm so we can catch the cool shade beneath the sequoia tree on the lawn and patio! Buses are available for transport from the Holiday Inn hotel to the farm at 3:15pm.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Following the ceremony, guests will make their way back toward the bar for cocktail hour. While the patio and lawn transition, you can sip on your refreshment of choice and enjoy some light bites.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
At the end of cocktail hour, we will ask guests to find their seats for a Filipino dinner buffet followed by speeches and then we expect to see everyone on the dance floor! After we have sufficiently boogied, buses will be available at 9:00pm and 10:00pm back to the hotel.
