What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive between 3:30 and 3:50. The doors will be closed at 3:55 p.m and ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking lot reserved for wedding attendees across the street from the venue and street parking outside of venue as well.

Is the ceremony space wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, The Blaisdell is wheelchair accessible. There is a drop off site on the north side of the building with a ramp that leads directly into the ceremony space. *Please do not park in drop offsite site, spaces are reserved for vendors.

Where should I park?

Answer

Guests can park at: City of Lakes Waldorf School, 2344 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55404. The parking lot opens at 1:30 pm and will close after the conclusion of the event. Upon arrival, drive to the far west side of the lot to park near the basketball court/playground and follow the sidewalk behind the retaining wall to find the walking gate located on Blaisdell Ave. Use the crosswalk to cross the street and there you will find The Blaisdell on the corner of 24th street and Blaisdell Ave. If the far west side is full, please feel free to park on the easternmost side of the lot by the Nicollet entrance in between the school and apartment buildings.
