What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is going to be semi-formal. Examples for women include mid/knee length dresses. Examples for men include a suit, or a nice button up shirt and dress pants. Dusty blue, light yellow and light grey are the colors if you want to refrain from matching the wedding party.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

There will be a hosted bar for a portion of the night, otherwise it will go to strictly a cash bar. In the venue there is an ATM just in case you forget to bring cash.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start on time so if you are able to arrive about 10-15 minutes early that way you are situated that would be appreciated. This way everyone can be seated right as it starts.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have decided to have some kids are our event, and their names are included on your save the dates. If it is not clear, please let us know and we would be happy to talk with you.

Am I able to bring a plus one?

Answer

You are allowed to bring a plus one as long as it says so on your invitation. If it does not, we won't be able to make accommodations until we get closer to the date.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is a huge parking lot which is just a quick walk to the ceremony and reception spaces. When you type in the address into your GPS, it should lead right to the parking lot.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, you can leave your car in the venue's parking lot if you do not feel comfortable driving. They ask however that it be removed by 10 am the next morning. Keep in mind, you cannot camp out in the parking lot. We recommend looking at our travel page to find a place to stay if needed.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a spot for where you can put your food restrictions. We will then speak with our caterer to ensure there is a meal set aside for you, or discuss ways to avoid contamination with the food we will provide.
