Hotel Shuttle Pick Up
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
The shuttles will begin picking guests up from both the Hampton Inn starting at 3:30pm. If you are staying at the Wingate you are able to walk over to the Wingate to take the shuttle. It should only be a 1 minute walk. They will take two trips to get guests to the venue prior to our 4:30pm ceremony.

Guests can enter through the main doors of the Grove and enjoy a drink at Ten 22 Tavern prior to our ceremony.

Hotel Shuttle Pick Up - Evening
9:00 pm - 11:15 pm
The shuttles will be ready to take guests back to the Hampton Inn starting at 9pm and will continue to do so until 12:15pm when our unofficial afterparty ends. As of now this shuttle will only be going to the Hampton Inn & Suites, however we are waiting hear back from the shuttle company to see if we can have one go directly to the Wingate.
Unofficial Afterparty

We will be having an unofficial afterparty at the bar next to the ballroom at the Grove. It will be a cash bar with karaoke happening for all patrons and our guests! A hot dog station will be located outside the bar for our guests to enjoy a late night snack! The bar closes at midnight and our shuttles will be extended until 12:15pm
