Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We’ve reserved rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Sun Prairie under The Lavine-Young Wedding. Please book by 6/1/2026 to get the group rate.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be running between Hilton Garden Inn Sun Prairie and the wedding venue. Shuttle times will be posted closer to the wedding date and available at hotel check-in. We encourage guests staying at the hotel to take the shuttle for convenience and safety.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, but we strongly encourage guests staying at the hotel to use the complimentary shuttle service. It’s the safest and easiest way to enjoy the evening—no need to worry about driving after celebrating with us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice allows you to make arrangements and enjoy a night out with us!

Can I bring a guest or a plus-one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name (or “and Guest”) will appear on the envelope. We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask our guest to please refrain from taking photos/videos on their phones during the ceremony. Our photographer will have a better chance of capturing photos if there are not other people trying to do the same

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP (online), there will be an option to add any food allergies or special diet you may have. We will do our very best to accommodate, as our meal will be buffet style.
