Question
When should I RSVP and how?
Answer
You must RSVP no later than September 7th 2025. This will allow us to make proper food and seating arrangements. You may RSVP by mail or by texting Eric at (608) 490-3390 or Abi at (478) 273-1752. If you do not RSVP you will be assigned as not coming. We understand that emergencies happen, so please let us know as soon as possible if you will not be making it to our event. Thank you!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
As much as we love kids, we would like to keep this an adult only event. Make it a fun date with your partner and enjoy the evening with no kids!
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
We would like everyone to be seated for the ceremony, with no interruptions, so please arrive around 2:45pm to allow enough time to find a parking spot and find a seat. No Latino time!

Will either the ceremony or the reception be outside?
Answer
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held inside, so hopefully we don’t have to deal with bugs, the heat, makeup melting, or hair getting frizzy with the humidity! If time allows, we might take some pictures outside.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Although the wedding will be inside, we are going for a garden formal theme. We want to see florals, fun patterns, and fun pastel colors! Please no jeans. Where can I stay for the weekend/night?
Answer
Eric and I will not be hosting any one for the weekend, even if you are family. It will be a very busy weekend and we would prefer not to add more to our plate. Please arrange proper accommodations if you are staying in Madison/Fitchburg area for the weekend or for the wedding night. The Wyndham Garden Madison Fitchburg hotel is 5 minutes away from the reception. The Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West and the Hilton Garden Inn Madison-West are both 15 minutes away.
Question
Since there is no traditional registry, can I gift other than online?
Answer
Absolutely! To fund our honeymoon, you may gift in cash or check form. We love having our favorite people come and celebrate this special day with us and if you are able, we are endlessly grateful for any amount you would like to give!

Will there be a brunch the day after the wedding?
Answer
We would like to rest after a busy weekend so we are not making any plans following the wedding.
