Question

What time should guests plan to arrive?

Answer

Around 4:15 p.m. This will allow each guest to have a welcome drink of champagne if desired and to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.

Question

Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue for guests staying in the suggested hotels?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will arrive at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 3:30 p.m. for pickup and will depart from the hotel at 3:45 p.m. There will be two shuttles at the end of the night to bring guests from the venue back to the after party/hotel at 10:00 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.

Question

If I have a problem on the day of the wedding (i.e., travel issues, emergency, can no longer make it to the wedding, simple questions), who should I contact?

9.7 miles, 17 minute drive.

How close in proximity is the hotel to the after party venue?

Answer

Approximately 1 mile. Less than a 5 minute drive and about a 15 minute walk.
