What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Nana Mac Meadows between 4:00 and 4:15pm. To allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:30pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Although we do suggest taking our shuttles, there is plenty of parking. Upon entering the venue, follow the parking attendants for parking. A golf cart shuttle will be coming around to take guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location. If you need to leave your car at the venue overnight, you may do so but your car must be picked up no later than 10:00 am Sunday morning.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Under the schedule tab, you will find dress code information for each event. For the Wedding Ceremony and reception we are asking for guests to come dressed in formal attire. Colors to avoid: white and blush Colors we love to see: anything bright!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony", meaning once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away and silenced. Once the ceremony is completely over, we would love for you to take all the pictures and videos you want!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

There will be a golf cart shuttle from the parking lot to the front of the venue. If more assistance is needed, there is an additional option of being dropped off directly in the front from your own vehicle. Please let us know ahead time, so we can make sure staff is aware. The rest of the venue is ADA compliant.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will take place in a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.

What time will the wedding end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end at 10:00pm. Not to worry, the party will continue on at a local bar in downtown Winston Salem!

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will certainly be missed! If you are unable to attend, we do ask that you send us a message so we can make arrangements.

Are children able to attend?

Answer

Though we love the kiddos of our family and friends, we're having an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children in the wedding party and our young adult family members. These exceptions will be noted on your invitation and RSVP. We hope you can enjoy this opportunity for a kid-free, date night!
