FAQs

Here are some general questions for our special day! If you have any additional questions, comments, or concerns, please reach out to the Bride, Brianna Vasquez, at (512) 850-2723 or Groom, Abelardo Garcia, at (512) 673-9947!
Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

We wish we could have everyone join us, but please refer to your invitation for the number of guests you may bring with you. Each RSVP will list the names of guests invited.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want this to be a stress-free party for everyone by being an adult-only event... thank you for making the necessary arrangements!

Question

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail attire or your Sunday's best!

Question

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

While we appreciate your enthusiasm, we are having an "unplugged ceremony," meaning NO PHONES during the biggest event of our lives! We have hired a professional photographer that will capture this special event for the entire hour from beginning to end. Therefore, we ask that you please respect the church and our wishes and have all phones on silent and put away for the entire ceremony. All photos taken by our photographer will be shared with everyone once they are made available. We would hate to see phones in our ceremony photos when we look back at this day for years to come. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to the church, as we are expected to follow a strict schedule. Guests arriving late may not be guaranteed entry to the ceremony, as doors will be locked at 2:00 out of respect to the wedding party.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive To The Reception?

Answer

Because seats will not be assigned, please arrive no earlier than 5:00 to secure seating.

Question

Can I Bring My Own Alcohol To The Reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, outside alcohol is not permitted, unless gifted to the newlyweds. However, there will open bar that will have a variety of alcohol to choose from!

Question

Is There Parking Available?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will have plenty of parking spots, so feel free to bring your own vehicle or carpool.

Question

I Can't Find My Name When Searching On The RSVP?

Answer

Please search name(s) with first or last name only in the search bar to find invite.

Question

I Got Locked Out Of RSVP-ing?

Answer

The easiest thing to do is switch to a different device and attempt to retrieve your RSVP, or send a request.

Question

I Don't See A Member Of My Family On My RSVP

Answer

First, try searching your family member's name individually. If your family member has an invitation to RSVP to our wedding, their name will populate. Please keep in mind this is a kids-free event, therefore, seeing the names of you and your partner only is not a mistake. Because our venue has limited space, we appreciate you not bringing any guests who are not named in your RSVP!

Question

A Member Of My Party Is Not Coming, Can I Bring Someone Else In Their Place?

Answer

Unfortunately, please respect that we would not like additional guests to come unless they are named with your party. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What If Plans Change, Can I Or A Member Of My Party Change Their Previous Attendance Status?

Answer

You will be able to change your previous RSVP status for anyone in your party if plans change! We ask that you and your party have your final decision finalized by April 1st, so we can have an accurate headcount for food and drinks! Please follow the same steps as you did when you first RSVP'd and just make the needed adjustments, thank you.
