We met in January of 2018 at our current work place. We had the opportunity to work in a project together for a couple of days and started talking. Within a month of hanging out we knew we wanted to make it official and decided to start dating on February 26, 2018. Since we met we knew we wanted a life together full of happiness, adventures, and an amazing family!

Abel proposed during a weekend getaway trip to Albuquerque, NM for Memorial Day. He reserved a helicopter ride around the city for the special day. When the ride was over, with the helicopter in the background and a very nervous voice he said “You know I love you right?” As he got down on one knee and took the ring out of his pocket. Needless to say, it was a YES!
