Please refer to how your Save the Date and invitation are addressed - whoever is on the envelope is invited! Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! We have included them on your invitations. However, we support having a parents' night out if you'd like to leave the littles at home! We will have some kid-friendly dinner options and a few activities available for our younger guests. However, we will not be providing childcare or a separate "kids only" space away from the reception with live music, so please plan accordingly!
The wedding venue is called Bramblewood! The address is 55 Loffert Rd, McDonald, PA 15057. It is about a 20-minute drive from the Pittsburgh International Airport.
Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Bramblewood. The ceremony will be directly followed by a cocktail hour, which will then transition to the reception.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors unless it rains. The reception will be held indoors.
You can drive yourself if you choose to - there is parking available at the venue! We will also have a shuttle service running from the Hyatt Regency hotel (where our room block is located) to the venue before the wedding, and back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Please wear cocktail attire, and do consider that we will be outdoors in July! We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a dress (maxi or mini- you choose!) or dressy separates. If you are considering wearing heels, we strongly recommend wedges, platforms, or block heels - the ceremony is a short walk along a path from the parking area, and will be held in the grass. This venue is not very heel-friendly, apologies!
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the 4:30 pm ceremony.
Light hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour after the ceremony. For dinner, we will have a buffet with a selection of meat and vegan options along with salads and sides. Please alert us of any allergies when you RSVP so we can ensure our catering team will accommodate you. We will have an open bar! Bramblewood has asked us to remind guests to please bring a valid form of ID for those 21+ who will be enjoying the bar, as their bartenders will be carding.
During our ceremony, we kindly ask guests to "unplug" and put away your phones and cameras to be present with us during this special time. Don't worry, our wonderful photographers will capture these priceless moments and we will be more than happy to share them with everyone afterwards! Please feel free to snap away the rest of the day after the ceremony - we will have a photo sharing option available so we can see everyone's smiling faces!
