Travel Note
Currently there is no exact date for when Italy will start requiring a travel visa (called EITAS) to go there. However it is predicted to start mid 2025. The application is quick and easy to get. Make sure to check this within the month before leaving for Italy. I will update this when there is more information.
Hotel
This is the hotel where the wedding will be at! It is a beautiful hotel to stay at. While I love this hotel, it is super pricey to stay at and would not be my first recommendation.
Flight
This airport is the cheaper option to arrive at! I recommend booking with American Airlines or Delta, but whichever airline you prefer is fine. If you do decide to stay here for a day or two, I recommend going to the Vatican for the Jubilee, which happens once every 25 years. Rome is much more north. The quickest way to get to Rome to Sorrento would be by train, which is about 2.5 hours. To drive or take a bus, it would take about 3.5 hours. Flight
Naples Airport is closest to Sorrento. However, while it is closer, the tickets to arrive here are a little more expensive than it would be to travel to Rome (FCO). You can take a ferry from Naples to Sorrento which would take about 45 minutes to arrive. To take a bus or train, it would be around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Otherwise, driving a rental car would take about 50 minutes. For travel options from Naples to Sorrento, this website can help: https://www.rome2rio.com/map/Naples/Sorrento#trips
Hotel
This is a great hotel to stay at. It is a three minute walk from the venue. This place is my recommendation to stay at while in Sorrento.
