What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm, 4:00pm arrival time is suggested.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal. Suits, tuxes, gowns and cocktail dresses are welcomed.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Followed by a intimate indoor dinner and reception.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
The address for Hartlot Happening is 639 Hartlot Street, Elbridge, NY 13060. Please do not hesistate to reach out if you are in need of directions. We are working on transportation to hotel after reception.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! Lots of space.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
- As much we love your children, to give all of our guests an opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears- we politely request for you to leave your children at home or with a trusted sitter. - Due to venue accommodations and limited pre-approved guest list - we politely request no plus ones, and that only the name/names on your invitation be in attendance. Thank you.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
A chartucerie spread and light hors d'oeuvres will be available for cocktail hour. This will be followed by a three-course meal served family style and plated. Desserts will be displayed for you to choose yourself.
Question
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony! We have paid for a photographer to catch these special moments that I will gladly share with my guests. Please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. We appreciate it!

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
We are extremely lucky to have love, laughter and a house full of furniture, so if you'd like to help us celebrate with a gift, we've set up a honeymoon fund and a small registry through this website. Cash gifts are welcome but not expected.
