We have a block of rooms available at two hotels near the Welcome Party and Wedding Venues. Note: Our room blocks are for Thursday (3/12) and Friday (3/13). However, both hotels have agreed to extend the discounted rate three days before/after. Please see details on how to extend the discounted rate for each hotel below. Book early! Discounted rate reservations will close on 2/10/2026!
