Please be sure to arrive early on the big day. Shuttles available from 2:15-3:00 for those who would like a ride from the parking lot to ceremony.
Sandy Island Beach State Park has an official parking lot. This lot is about a ¼ mile walk away from the ceremony site. There will be signs for parking, someone greeting you as you arrive, and if needed a shuttle from parking to the ceremony.
2:15-3. There will be a shuttle running from the state beach parking lot to the ceremony location. Please wear comfortable shoes if you would like to walk. Shuttle back to parking will be available after dinner at 7pm and will be going every 30-45 minutes.
No - On Friday evening before the big day we are having a picnic at the beach for anyone that would like to join us! Saturday June 26th at 3:30 is the start of the ceremony and there will be a reception and dancing to follow!
No swimming on property during the event. Swimming is welcomed at Sandy Island Beach State Park, where the welcome picnic is being held, during their open hours.
To the Friday welcome picnic anything goes! For the big day: Beach-Garden Cocktail Attire: Think colorful, dressy summer looks inspired by the beach - Flowing dresses, satin or chiffon fabrics, polished jumpsuits, and suits in lighter hues. Bright breezy and elevated. This is an outdoor wedding, so please choose flats, sandals, or wedges (no heels).
