When visiting the downtown historic St. Augustine area, we recommend uber, walking, or biking. Maybe consider a stay that’s near the historic district since most of our activities are centered around this area and it’s fun to walk. Parking is certainly available around this area but it can get busy and hard to find so keep this in mind. When traveling outside of downtown, traveling by car / uber is recommended and most restaurants, shops, beach accesses, and historic sites offer plenty of parking. We will not be providing a shuttle service so please keep this in mind if you plan to fly into Florida. Renting a car may be a good idea.
Yes, if indicated on your official invite. Please let us know if you plan to bring a guest so we can accommodate. You can note this when you RSVP.
Explore St. Augustine! 1. Explore St. George street (various shops, museums, restaurants, bars, and historical structures) 2. Walk around the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (beautiful views by the water) 3. Visit St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. Would 100% recommend climbing this! Great views at the top! Check out the Thing to Do tab for more suggestions.
It’s hot! Would recommend breathable clothing, comfortable footwear for walking, hats, and SUNSCREEN! You do not want to skip this.
No, we are not planning for this since most friends and family are choosing various options for stays at different price ranges. Read the Travel tab for more info on this.
We are happy to have them join us if you’d like to bring them along for the weekend! That said, our planned events and activities are geared toward adults and may not be the most kid-friendly (think: late nights, loud music, and a few cocktails). Late night activities we are planning will be 21 plus! Please feel free to make whatever arrangements work best for your family — whether that means bringing the kids along or enjoying a grown-up getaway.
Just text one of us!
