When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVP's are submitted by or before December 31st.

Question

What time should we arrive to get this party started?

Answer

Great question! Prior to our ceremony, we will be hosting cocktail hour to include light refreshments. Feel free to arrive right on time and enjoy mingling! Don't worry, our coordinator will be on site to make sure you are in your seat in plenty of time to catch our "I do's".

What should I wear?

Answer

Think of our wedding as the occasion to wear the dress you've always dreamed of! Our requested attire is dress to impress, and we mean it! Formal attire is preferred, just don't forget your coat or fur because it will be chilly in January.

We are coming from out of town, where should we stay?

Answer

Up above, there is an accommodations tab that includes our two preferred hotels. The Courtyard Marriott is brand new to Gainesville and we are so excited that they are hosting us for the weekend! Come stay with us and enjoy exploring our beautiful city all weekend long.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have provided shuttles to and from the venue from the Courtyard Marriott only if you prefer not to drive. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking in the lot adjacent to our venue.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Coming from a big family, we love having kiddos around. We also want to acknowledge that parents deserve a night out too! Please understand that your children are only invited if their names are listed on your formal wedding invitation. For unforeseen circumstances, feel free to reach out to the bride and groom!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are honored to have each and every one of you to celebrate with us! Plus ones have been specified within your formal invitations.

Can we take photos during your big day?

Answer

Absolutely! We do ask that all of our guests refrain from taking any pictures during our ceremony, that's why we hire professional photographers after all! But before and after, capture away and feel free to use the hashtag #themadroogs so we don't miss them!
