This 2,000-acre reserve is a hikers paradise with a series of well-kept trails that wind along the cliffs offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Mount Soledad is a prominent San Diego landmark. Sitting atop this mountain is a National Veterans Memorial. Open to the public, this little park boasts amazing views of all of La Jolla and the Pacific Ocean below. Very cool to check out if you get the chance.
