What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

In order to have everyone seated and the ceremony uninterrupted, we ask you to please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time.

How long will the ceremony be?

Answer

We will be having a traditional Filipino ceremony so there will be a full one hour mass. Along with the processional and recessional we are estimating a total of 1 hour and 15 mins.

How long will the reception be?

Answer

There will be a cocktail reception from 5:30- 7:00 pm. The main reception will be from 7:00- 11:30 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Men: Suit and tie Women: Gowns and cocktail dresses.

May I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a strict guest list and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Please find street parking for the ceremony. There will be free valet parking available at the reception venue.

What food will be served at the reception?

Answer

Dinner orders will be taken tableside at the reception. Options will be available for those with dietary restrictions.

Which hotel will guests be staying?

Answer

Will there be transportation from the reception back to the hotel?

Answer

We have rented a trolley that will begin transporting guest from the reception back to the Loews Hotel starting at 10:30 pm. The trolley will make multiple trips until every guest has been brought back to the hotel.
