What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The doors will open at 3:30 pm; please be in your seat with your phone silenced by 3:50 pm!

If your invite has a guest slot under your name then yes, just make sure your RSVP them!

Are kids welcome?

While children are welcome to join in on the fun, the reception will include alcohol service and a lively playlist of all our favorite songs. Because of this, there will be some explicit lyrics, as well as our young (and young at heart) friends and family, celebrating as well. We trust the parents to decide what is best for their little ones and to ensure they are supervised at all times! Thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Can I wear white/ivory/creme

Answer

If you show up wearing white or white adjacent we will handle that accordingly with one of two options, both of which are fun for us and a little less fun for you.

Where is cocktail hour?

Answer

It will be outside of the ceremony area on the large lit patio while our team works on flipping the room and the wedding party and family gets some good pictures!

Can I have my phone out?

Answer

There will be many opportunities and different ways for our guests to help us capture our special day. We also have multiple photographers and videographers. For this reason, we ask that, specifically during the ceremony, your phones be put down and on silent.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be alcohol service, but it is not a traditional open bar. During cocktail hour, we would love for you to grab one of our hand-picked specialty drinks!

Who should I reach out to with questions?

Answer

Trent and Abby would love to answer any questions you have before the wedding. However, on the day of the maid of honor, Emma Browning will handle any questions you have, so the bride and groom can enjoy their day! Please reach out if you need any contact information.

What if I miss the deadline to RSVP or need to change the details I submitted?

Answer

We will send out multiple reminders about the RSVP deadline if you fail to RSVP by the deadline we will miss you and hope to see you soon after. We give an exact guest count to the venue that we cannot change after the deadline. If you need to change the information you submitted, please reach out to the bride or groom, and we will do our best to accommodate. Thank you for understanding.

Are seats assigned or is it open seating?

Answer

Our ceremony will have a couple of rows in the front reserved for family and close friends. The rest of the chairs will be open. The reception will be assigned seating, and the seating chart will be easy to read and find when you walk in.
