Travel and Hotel Information

For our wedding guests we have negotiated a special discounted rate from Wednesday 9th June - Sunday 13th June and would love for as many for you to stay there as possible. These Hotels are in Altea, a beautiful area that offers a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday with plenty to see and do nearby, should you wish to extend your stay. Whilst our wedding venue is approximately 40 minutes away, it is where our after party will be held on the evening of the 12th June, making it the most convenient location for continuing the the celebrations. Accommodation options closer to the venue are limited, so we strongly recommend staying at either of these hotels to make the most of the occasion and to enjoy the weekend with family and friends.

Shuttle

Transport from SH Villa Gadea and Hotel Cap Negret Hotels to the Wedding Venue

Trasnport will be provided for all guests staying in SH Villa Gadea and Hotel Cap Negret to the wedding venue. You must ensure you arrive in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the transport leaving 2.30pm from Hotel Cap Negret and 2.45pm from SH Villa Gadea. There is only one pick up so if you miss this, you will need to make your own way to the venue. A shuttle will also be provided back to these hotels from the wedding venue after the evening celebrations. These will be running at 1am and 2:45am. Important: You must get on one of the shuttles if you have not pre-booked a cab as it will be very difficult to arrange a way home.

Taxi Information

Taxis do not generally serve the wedding venue and it is approximately a 40 minute journey. If you choose to make you own way to the venue you must pre-book a taxi and be prepared to pay the fare.
