Hotel
We have a room block at the Fairfield Inn, located just a six minute drive from the Midway Village. You can book the nights of October 10th and 11th, or just the 11th depending on your travel plans. If you reserve with the 'View' link, you'll get our group discount. If you require special accommodations/a different room type, please feel free to call to reserve and mention that you are part of the Aldridge Wedding Group to ensure you get the discount. YOU must book by SEPTEMBER 26th, 2025 to receive the discounted rate.
Flight
If you need to fly, we recommend Chicago O'Hare airport for its relative proximity to Rockford and the bus that runs between them.
Travel Note
Rockford Terminal conveniently located across the parking lot from the Fairfield Inn and Suites! If you are taking a train into Union Station or a flight into O'Hare, consider riding the bus.
