FAQs

Question

Who can I bring to the wedding?

Answer

Due to venue size we are asking that you only bring those who are formally invited on the invitations. As much as we would love to have everyone the venue has limited seating available, so to make sure everyone is comfortable we ask that you only bring who is on the invite.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Please see above answer. We love our younger family members but this is an adult event only those on the invitation are invited. No one Under the age of 10 is allowed. If your child is not on the invitation we want you to enjoy a child free night with us!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We love to dress to impress! This is a formal event so we are asking our guest to dress in formal wear, black tie optional. We suggest a suit or tux, floor-length and midi gowns or pantsuits. PLEASE NO denim, shorts or flip flops. We invite you to dress in fall/ jewel tone colors. The ceremony is inside.

Question

Is there on site parking?

Answer

The venue does NOT have a parking lot or deck. If you are not staying at one of the hotels that have parking we recommend you park either at The Cotton Exchange lot located at 313 Nutt St Wilmington, NC 28401. The Second Street Parking Deck located at 114 N Second St Wilmington, NC 28401 or find a parking meter near by!

Question

Can I Take Photos?

Answer

We are kindly asking for an unplugged wedding ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and will share those photos after the wedding. After the ceremony feel free to use your phones.

Question

When do I need to RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 9th or we'll assume you're politely declining in the most mysterious way possible. While we will miss celebrating with you, we are required to provide an exact headcount to our vendors within the time they have given us. So if you do you not RSVP you will not have a seat for the ceremony or dinner. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you can find parking and sign our guest book.

Question

When does the Ceremony start?

Answer

Silly question, we know, but the ceremony will begin at 4pm promptly. If you arrive late please wait outside the venue until after the ceremony is over. Thank you for understanding.
