Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the hotel (Courtyard by Marriott Hadley Amherst) to the ceremony. Shuttles will depart the hotel prompty at 4:15pm. Transportation will be provided back to the hotel at the end of the reception at 9:15, 10:00 and 10:45.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is limited parking available at the Red Barn at Hampshire College.

Where can we send packages?

Answer

Please send gifts to our PO Box at PO Box 5429, Towson MD, 21285. We are unable to receive packages at our home address.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

For those not from Western Massachusetts, The Big E (a New England State Fair) will be ongoing during our wedding date a few towns away. This may impact travel and lodging plans. Please keep this in mind when making your travel plans.

Please be aware our ceremony is outside and will require walking on grass. Please plan accordingly.
