Maid of Honor
I met Flor in 2015 at Hyattsville Middle School. Our lockers were right next to each other, and I asked her for help with mine. From that small moment, our friendship began to grow. Ever since then, that memory has reminded me that we’ll be by each other’s side throughout our lives, just like our lockers once stood side by side. By the end of 7th grade, Flor told me she was going to a different school. I was sad, but we promised to stay in touch. A year later (2017), in high school, I walked into my first class which was algebra and saw someone come up to me, it was Flor! Seeing her again made me so happy. Now since 9th grade, we’ve shared so many memories together: birthdays, family celebrations, double dates, and countless laughs. Over the years, our friendship has only grown stronger, and I’m so grateful to have Flor by my side through life’s adventures. Flor is: Loyal, Dependable, Lifelong friend, Supportive, Kindhearted, Genuine, Trustworthy, Encouraging, Compassionate, Joyful, Thoughtful, Funny, Caring, and has a heart of gold. She also loves miniature items, animals, puzzles, music, and spending time with the people she loves most.

I met Marycielo in 2018 at Bladensburg High School in English class, but it wasn’t until early 2019 that we truly connected. We shared a table, and later on, I noticed how our sense of humor and interests were so similar. From that very first conversation, it felt like we had known each other forever, and our friendship began to grow stronger every day. She was the first person on my “Find My iPhone”, a little reminder that no matter the distance, we would always be there for each other. I am forever thankful to our English teacher for assigning our seats, because now Marycielo has an assigned seats for every important moment in my life. our friendship has lasted through the years, full of laughter, love, double dates, and support. Thank you, Marycielo, for always lending a helping hand to me whenever I’ve needed it. Marycielo is: Faithful, Dependable, a Cherished friend, Compassionate, Generous, Fun, Honest, Supportive, Encouraging, Kind, Thoughtful, Nurturing, Caring, and Warm-hearted.
