This is the classic story of how first impressions can be deceiving. We met while working at Goodwill. I was seasonal summer help and Matt was a weathered vet in retail. I was initally not impressed with Matt's seemingly cold demeanor and Matt just saw another temporary employee with a long swinging ponytail. Luckily, it only took one lunch break to thaw the ice between the two of us. We ended up spending a lot of time together that summer and the rest was history!
