What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to be courteous of the timeline. If you arrive late- there is no way to enter without walking down the aisle with the wedding party, so you will miss the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're planning for an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor evening reception. Think: dressy and seasonally appropriate. Women can wear long or short dresses and jumpsuits. Men can wear suits and ties are not required. Please avoid jeans and tennis shoes. It may get chilly once the sun sets—layers encouraged! We kindly ask that you only bring the guests listed on your invitation. If you feel there’s a special circumstance we should know about, please reach out — we’re happy to chat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Venue at Shadow Rock has parking available, but no cars can be left overnight. Please make carpool arrangements accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible. Our caterer can make adjustments for many dietary needs including: vegan/vegetarian, alpha-gal, gluten intolerance, and more!
