The ceremony will begin at 5:15pm so please arrive no later that 5:00pm. The doors will shut at 5:10pm. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed in the ceremony but are more than welcome to hang out for a few minutes until the ceremony is over and attend the reception!
This is an unplugged ceremony. We hired a photographer for a reason! You can take all the photos and videos you would like during the reception but for the ceremony, we ask that you would please put them away.
Our wedding is dressy casual/semi formal. Our theme is going to be pastels and bright colors so we would like if everyone would wear an outfit with fun colors! Please refrain from wearing black :) For the women, we suggest sun dresses or satin/slip dresses. For the men, we suggest a linen blend collard shirt with nice pants (no jeans). And for all, please don’t wear white/any shades of white. Thank you!
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our guest list is strictly RSVP only, and if you are allowed a plus 1, it will be on your invitation.
If your kids are invited, it will be on the invitation! The ceremony is kid free
The ceremony will be open seating. For the dinner, we will have a seating arrangement. Once dinner is over and the reception starts, feel free to sit wherever!
Yes, there is parking on site with easy access to the venue
August is one of the hottest months of the year so it will be HOT. If you are coming from out of town, definitely plan accordingly! We will have hand held fans on each seat of the ceremony.
The greatest gift of all is being able to share our special day with you! However, should you wish to gift us something, our registry tab is located on the top of our website! We will also have a table in the reception area for gifts/cards.
The ceremony will be outdoors on turf, and the reception will be indoors!
