Abby and Kristin had planned a much needed getaway to the Frederick family cabin. After a few days of rainy weather the sky cleared to a gorgeous day. Abby suggested that they take the time to take a few photos and take in the beautiful fall views. After clearing her nerves, Abby got down on one knee in the middle of the dock and asked Kristin to be her forever. Don’t worry, she said YES!

Kristin planned to take Abby back to where they went on a walk on their very first date, in the woods of Greenfeild park in Milwaukee where Abby initially asked “is this where you muder me?”. As they walked one of the many paths, little did Abby know it would be the very place Kristin got down on one knee to ask to be Abby’s forever. It was 4 years later, Halloween of 2020 and it just happened to be a beautiful 75 degree fall day. The leaves on the trees were a crisp yellow/orange tint and as they rained down all around us covering the ground, it created the perfect fall scene for a proposal. As Kristin knelt down she said “Remember when you asked if this was where i was going to murder you…? Did you ever think this would be where i asked you to be my wife?”. In true Kristin form on Halloween day. Now Halloween has a whole new meaning.
