Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is perfectly acceptable. Dress to dance! Keep in mind that October evenings can get chilly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. In order to avoid disruptions, guests arriving after that time will not be admitted, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time to join us for this special moment.

Is there parking available at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on site at Ravenwood Golf club. Vehicles can be left overnight. Please be safe!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle services will be provided by First Student to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and Ravenwood Golf Club. First pick up will be at: 3:00pm Last pick up will be at: 3:30pm First return service will be at: 8:45pm Second return service will be at: 9:30pm Third return service will be at: 10:30pm FINAL SHUTTLE will be around 11:15-11:30.

Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

Yes, while we love that you're excited to capture the memories, we kindly ask that our ceremony remain unplugged. Please keep your phones and cameras away, as our photographer will beautifully document the day, allowing you to be fully present with us.

Are my children invited?

Answer

While we love all of our family and friend's children, we have opted for an adult only ceremony and reception.
