Bus Transport to Minnetonka Orchards

Guest Bus to the Orchard will depart at 4pm from the hotel, if you miss this bus you will need to Uber/Get a Ride to the venue.
Wedding Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The attire for our wedding will be semi-formal, but we want everyone to be comfortable and dressed appropriately for parts of the wedding that will be hosted outdoor. For those who may not be accustomed to weather in Minnesota, October can be a roller-coaster of temperatures, so please check the forecast prior to your arrival and dress accordingly.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, head back to the reception tent to cheers the bride and groom! There will be various lawn games on-site. It’s time to celebrate!
Reception Dinner
6:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Evening Bus Transport to Hotel
9:00 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be bus transport from the venue back to the hotel. The first Bus back to the hotel will leave around 9:15 and the second at 10:15pm. We need to be off property by 10:30pm.
After Party

For those looking to keep the party going, we will be gathering at Kip's Pub just off the hotel lobby once we arrive back to the hotel for some late night food and drinks. Please note this will not be a hosted event.
