Do I have to book my room through the travel agent?

YES!! It is extremely important that you book through our travel agent, Carrie Talburt. ALL GUESTS MUST book through our travel agent in order to receive our discounted room rate and to attend the wedding. Her contact information can be found on the travel page of this website.

What is the first step to planning my trip to the wedding?

First, please RSVP on our website! After that, it's very important to contact our travel agent. She can help you secure your room at the resort, book your flights, and book your private transfer to the resort. This ensures a smooth, stress-free trip so you can focus on enjoying the wedding celebration.

Is there a deadline to book my room?

Answer

Yes!! All guests MUST have their room booked BY JANURARY 1, 2026. Please contact our travel agent as soon as possible to secure your reservation.

Can I bring a plus one?

We love you and wish we could invite everyone, but we're keeping our ceremony intimate and are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Unfortunately not. As much as we’ll love little ones, the resort and wedding activities are strictly adults only.

What is the dress code?

Dress to impress... on the beach! Think casual elegance, resort chic, breezy fabrics, light colors, and shoes that are easy to walk in on the beach, like wedges and flat shoes - FLIP-FLOPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes! All guests will be traveling on a private shuttle which will be arranged by our travel agent when you book your room.

Should we bring gifts since it's a destination wedding?

Yes! Since the resort is an all-inclusive, drinks will be flowing all weekend - cocktails, wine, beer, and plenty of non-alcoholic options, too.

Will there be a variety of food at the cocktail hour and reception?

Absolutely! The cocktail hour and reception will feature a set menu, but there will be plenty of delicious choices for everyone to enjoy.

Who should I ask if I have any questions on the wedding day?
