The shuttle service to the ceremony will stop out front of this location between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM before proceeding to the venue. Hotel
The bride and groom and their families will be staying at the Inn on-site. Other guests are welcome to book rooms directly online or by calling the Inn. Small vans will be provided for a quick trip to the venue by going to the hotel lobby at approximately 4:00pm. Please see hotel lobby personnel for assistance. (It is otherwise about a 3 minute walk from the Inn to the venue itself.) *PLEASE NOTE: If you booked a room(s) for the dates of April 9th through 11th, your room should have been re-booked for the corresponding days of the new wedding date. However, we strongly urge you to call to confirm your reservation or call to cancel your reservation if you will no longer be needing the accommodations.
Shuttle

Two shuttles will run from the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island and the Holiday Inn Express Kent Island to the wedding venue with pick-up at 3:30 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn with one stop at the Holiday Inn Express before proceeding to the venue. The shuttles will be available throughout the night for departure back to these hotels.
Flight
BWI is approximately 40-45 minutes from the venue and hotels. Taxi and uber/lyft are available, as well as the Bay Runner Shuttle to and from The Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island. Information for the shuttle can be found at https://bayrunnershuttle.com/locations/kent-island/
